Realize Your Vision – Church Growth

Last week, I made available a one-of-a-kind program specifically designed to help any ministry to dramatically grow their congregation and therefore experience a huge increase in their donations so they have the funds to help their congregation and to do the work they were chosen to do.

Since that release, I have literally received hundreds of emails, instant messages, and phone calls asking me NOT to close membership for Church Growth Mastery. Many of you have asked about other options such as payment terms or if there is a way to “test drive” the program with no risk involved on your part.

My mission has always been to help my fellow ministers care for God’s people. For me, that will never change. After I read every email you sent, I made the decision to add additional value to the program and find a way so all of you could easily afford it. First, I’m adding more staff so I can make myself available to assist each one of you and meet your individual needs. Second, I’m adding additional modules and lessons… including more live group coaching sessions so I can assist all of you in the actual implementation of the program into your congregation.

I want everyone that seriously needs and wants help with growing a ministry the right way to get that help. But before I tell you about the new pricing model for this amazing opportunity let me ask you a few questions.

Are you a church leader that just wants “THE ANSWER” to the church growth, spiritual growth, revenue building, and leadership questions you have?

Have you searched and even asked for help from local and national leaders… but found none? Are you simply frustrated and possibly feel taken advantage of from you current ministry leadership?
Friends, I created this program to answer every question you have… and you’re about to have access to them all… absolutely free!

I’m Rev Earl Hall and I’m the CEO of Church Growth Mastery. Over my last 20 years in ministry I’ve seen pastors struggle and falter with the issues I previously mentioned. The number one question I continuously get is, “how do you grow a successful and thriving ministry”? That’s simply NOT an easy question to answer.

There are a multitude of factors you must take into account, such as revenue building so you have the necessary funds for expansion, the way you create and enforce church policies, and of course how to get your members to fully support what you’re doing.

What I’m an expert at is getting ministries global exposure, building online and offline ministries and showing you how to effectively use technology to realize the vision that God has given you by reaching a broader and more diverse group of people needing to hear your message of hope and love.

I want to expose you to my revolutionary process that will help you to attain that vision… the one burning in your spirit right now. I’m speaking to those pastors that have just 10 members and are so frustrated with their inability to attract greater numbers they’re ready to quite.

I’m speaking to that Bishop that has 5 churches and not one of them is supporting the correct vision. Wherever you are on your journey let me finally give you the answers you’re seeking to those questions that are keeping you up at night.
There are only a few basic fundamentals that your ministry must have in place. Unfortunately, less than 1% of all ministries actually have them. Here’s a quick list…

 You must have an internet presence if you ever hope to reach a larger and broader audience.
 You must intimately understand the type of person that you can attract into your ministry.
 You must also be able to use your God given talent to build and grow the exact ministry that he has called you to lead.

Most pastors really don’t understand how to properly evangelize in this new millennium. Even though God and his message have not changed, the way we need to approach the world has changed. If you’re still trying to use methods of evangelism that worked just 5 years ago, you must now admit that they simply aren’t working anymore!
People are bombarded with messages every second of the day. We all have computers, cell phones, smart phones, WiFi connections, cable TV, satellite and much more. Admit it… haven’t you actually seen members in your congregation using Twitter and Facebook… right in the middle of your sermon!

Well believe it or not, there is a way to reach this younger generation… and I can show you exactly how to do it. Let me explain how this works.

I run a VIP members only site through Church Growth Mastery. In this program I teach you the actual steps you need to take in order to achieve your vision.

Here’s what you’re going to learn with my help…
• How to design a website that actually works.. one that attracts new members every week
• How to create a specific type of media that we can then distribute online and get you ranked at the top of the search engines… often within just days of implementing this. (Typically this happens with 8 hours… no kidding).
• How to communicate with people in such a way that they will ONLY listen to you and no one else
• How to position yourself as “True Voice of God”… and get interviewed by your local TV and radio stations.
• How to position yourself as the premier authority on all spiritual issues in your community
• How to create sermons so powerful and compelling that 90% of all members will take action
• How to persuade your members to contribute an amazing amount of revenue for your ministry without breaking their bank accounts
• And how to use technology faster, smarter and more effectively than any other church in your area.

This program was designed form the ground up to reveal the hidden secrets for successful church growth… secrets so powerful they will take you from where you are right now to that vision you have for where you want to be.

OK… no more suspense. Let me show you how you can get access to this and much more… FOR FREE!

I want each of you to take full advantage of my site for the next 30 days… absolutely free. I want you to see firsthand exactly how I do what I do.

More importantly I want you to see for yourself how you can implement my program into your ministry and experience not only physical growth, but greater spiritual growth as well. If you like what you see after the 30 days, then your ministry membership program is only $97 per month.

But if you sign up now… I’m going to let you have full and complete uninterrupted access to the entire program for a full 30 days before you’re ever billed.

If at any time during the initial 30 days you decide to cancel, just send me a simple email request and you will never be charged a dime. But let’s not stop there. Even after you’re a member… if at any time you want to cancel, you’re free to do so… and I will stop billing your account immediately. For your convenience we have set up payments through PayPal. We can only accept credit or debit cards

Let me show you how to get members in your door. Think about this… what does just ONE new member mean to your ministry? The average member donates $80 per month on average to their church. This program shows you how to start adding 5-8 members EVERY WEEK. If your membership is presently above 60 members I will easily show you how to add up to 10 members or more each and every Sunday.

Now look at the math… that adds an additional $3200 to your ministry every single month. Unless I’m mistaken, I believe this program more than pays for itself.

So why wait? Take advantage of my offer for a full 30 days free membership so you can completely evaluate my program from start to finish. Then you can decide if everything I just said is true. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Sign up now and I’ll see you inside our VIP members only site.

What is an effective way to contact people in the community who need Christ and get them to come to church for brotherly support, salvation and discipleship?

    • admin:

The best way to reach people is find out what is really troubling them. When you can help them with a real problem you will have much better success bringing them to God.

“People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

  • I thank you for your encouragement and support, with your videos it is like have a one to one mentor at home. I look forward to a long and fruitful walk with you.

We serve God in quite an affluent area with young professional families and many young senior/earlier retired couples. We find they feel quite self sufficient. How do we reach these people?

    • admin:

Reaching anyone always comes down to talking to them and finding out what they need, want, and desire. Meaning you have to get to know what really bothers them and keeps them up at night. When find out what the pain is, you can always offer the cure.

  • Dear Bro. Hall,
Thank you for your work in the Kingdom of God! You share great insight and answers to the questions that we have, not only as Pastors, but also for those of us who are called to lead leaders. As I share a similar calling I look forward to furthering fellowship with you in buildingt up the Kingdom. You are right on point and I appreciate what you are doing. Keep it up and stay encouraged!

    Yours in Christ,

    Bishop W.C. Maddox D.D.

  • I pastor a 97 y/o church in a small town where EVERYBODY knows EVERYBODY. It has come a LONG WAY in the three plus yrs the Lord has had me there. for example, when I got there they were still a 2 Sunday church. Meaning they only had service on the 2nd and 4th Sundays. We have a website, facebook page, and I also have a radio broadcast on a local station. The purpose pf the broadcast is simply to get the word out and is NOT used as a vehicle to grow the churh. Please provide some insite on how to grow a truly Christ centered church in a small town church.

    Thanks for your help.

    • admin:

      Hi Cliff,

Small towns are great! You have a perfect opportunity to address issues that relate to most of the people in that community. The problems that the town faces, struggles, and issues are always great subjects and reasons for people to come together and resolve. Most of the people in small towns have shared concerns. Rally around a cause that the church can address and you will see how fast they come together.

  • Earl, I have read the e-book and was wondering if you have a turn-key system to take the steps that you have outlined in the book? Our do you have a representitive, like yourself to help walk a ministry through the steps as presented. Thanks, John

    • admin:

      Hello John,

We are developing our course and will be releasing that next week. After you register for the course, a turnkey approach may not be needed by you. Keep watching and all will be explained shortly. Thank you and God Bless.

  • So much wisdom and truth to what you said. Amen!! I pray that this good seed falls on good ground! Thanks for doing & sharing.

  • Hello Earl enjoyed the video, how can i mass market my current web site to get more traffic, thanks Ric

    • admin:

      Hi Ric,

Church Growth Mastery deals specifically with mass marketing of your ministry. The course we will be releasing next week will outline that exact process. Keep a look out!

  • Bill Long:

Great stuff want to know more.!!!

  • Darrel Williams:

Thank you for sharing your pastoral experience. I will stay tune with church growth mastery, again thank you for your gift to the body of Christ. I did have one thing, can you speak more about preaching sermons that meet the needs of the people.

    • admin:

      Hello Darrel,

When it comes to preaching to the needs of the people, the best way is to first find out what they need. All of us have fears and things that really trouble us mentally and spiritually. As I said in the video, just talk to your folks and find out what it is. We do not have to guess at what people need. All it takes is asking the question. If you have the respect and love of your congregation, they will open up and tell you.

  • Ps. Annalize:

Earl, WOW….you just captured what we are going through in our ministry at the moment. Yes, it brings you to a place where you doubt if God had ever called and anointed you! Thank you for this seed that you are sowing and you will surely reap a great harvest.

  • Donovan:

  • Tony:

First of all Thank you! My church is 5 years old we have roughly 50 members 3/4 are youth ages ranging from 7 to 18. I’m looking for ways to increase adult membership and awarness in my area.

    • admin:

      Hi Tony,

Lots of churches are looking to increase the adult membership. It does seem at times that the kids outnumber the adults in many churches. This may sound strange, but your adult membership will increase automatically over time. The kids will grow and they will be adults. Now I know that may not be the answer you were looking for, but it is true. It will just take time. Once you enroll in the Church Growth Mastery course we will give you tons of methods and strategies to increase your adult membership quickly.

  • Eric Hoppe:

What needs to be done when a clique becomes a controlling influence, even if they have some good intentions
and they believe that church growth is important, have caused people to either leave our church OR have become inactive in board and/or committees?

    Many thanks,

Eric (a Board of Elders member)

I will pass on word of this site to my Pastor.

    • admin:

      Hello Eric,

Many churches deal with cliques in the congregation. The only way to deal with them are to meet with them and have a frank conversation about the issues at hand. If it is not addressed head on by the pastor it will continue to grow and get worse.

  • SEYI AKINTUNDE:

Thank you for this wonderful and timely message. My question is how can one reach out to people of different races if one is led to establish a church in a town where the people are predominantly not of same race with you?

    • admin:

      Hello Seyi,

When you look at any congregation you will notice that most of the members are the same race as the pastor. This is really just how it is. Of course we look to spread the word of God to everyone, but it is just a social issue that is a fact. To reach outside your race is possible, just realize that all of us gravitate to what is familiar to us.

  • Bro. Hall, thank you for all you are doing. The information you have provided through video and email blast is powerful and very user friendly. I’ve changed some thing already just by listening and watching the videos and podcasts. For many we look to those that have reached great success in ministry for answers on how to be successful as they have been and they provide no answers at all. So thank you for what you are doing for the Body of Christ. I look forward to learning even more from you so we can spread the gospel in our city and around the world. Many blessings

  • rose:

What if members wont open up to you the problem they have they wont open up.

    • admin:

      Hi Rose,

Members will open up to you if feel they can. We have to show them honest love and care. If they trust you they will open up. When people don’t open up it is because they do not feel safe. Love on them sincerely and you will amazed at what they will tell you overtime.

  • admin:

    Hello Folks,

First I want to thank all of you for your comments and questions. I have been simply overjoyed at the response to our information here and for the eBook! I want you to know that in the next video that will come out on Wednesday, that I will address your questions. I will also be revealing more information on what the course for Church Growth Mastery will contain.

Keep me in your prayers and I definitely will have you all in mine.

    Yours In Christ,

    EARL HALL

  • ade:

  • Prosper:

Thank you Dr Hall for being an inspiration to me and many servants of God out there. In fact, your simplified teaching yet with mind blowing ideas is opening my eyes on a new way yo move forward in church ministry. Thank you so much and may God continue to inpact you and prosper you in all that you do. God bless you!

  • If you are struggling to see increase in the church (numerically) does it always mean God has not called you to pastor?
I have asked that question several times and I seem to get encouragement to continue, yet I am not seeing increase – numerically.
I have not been able to download book because my laptop seem to have a problem with pdf. I am using windows 7.

    Hear from you soon.

    • admin:

      Hello Mccrees,

Not growing numerically is more of a sign that you just dont know how to. It does not mean, all the time, that God has not called you. It mostly means that you need to understand some principles on how to make it happen.

  • Francis Eseh:

Dear Earl, I have downloaded your ebook on church growth. It was great, I recommend it for all church leaders and Pastors. Your touch on the areas of Church website design is really wonderful. My will associate with you. Keep doing the great work. We are praying for you. Shalom!

  • Brother Earl
What are your recomendations for atracting men into the church
    Reply

    • admin:

I feel you on this question. It seems like women outnumber men 3 to 1 in church. However, I do not think that will change. What you can do is find an activity that men like to do and get them to invite more men in to that event. Once you have them at the event it is more likely that you can invite them to church. Also, if you discover an issue in your area that men are passionate about, you can rally them around that as well. Of course more information on this will be upcoming when you register next week for the Church Growth Mastery course.

  • Thanks for the info.Bro.Hall,I look forward to God using you to help us brings souls to the kingdom.i hope you have a plan for churches in the Deep Hood.

  • dear sir,
please send me a video tape.
    Thank you very much.

Bro Hall This some great information. I was Awakened be the infromation concerning the commuication. I appeciate the infromation concerning the web site. would also like if you could help me set up a web site.

  • Denise Borum:

What you discussed is excellent. At least you are making an effort to care about the people who support the church. It is an important issue.

  • jack:

    Thanks for the encouragment!!

  • Pastor R.S. Martin:

How do you have the congregation starting with leaders to be consistent and follow the biblical principals on tithes and offering?

    • admin:

      Hello Pastor Martin,

This issue is a tough one for churches world wide. People have a fear of giving more because there situations are not getting better. One thing to do is to approach those that are tithing and giving and have them talk about how their lives are being blessed. You have to get people that are experiencing the blessing talk about it as proof that it works. If you have no one “proving it” it will be hard to get others to follow the principle. Social proof is a very strong motivator.

Praise God for your life and ministry! The message is beautiful and inspiring. Thank you for the encouragement. Sarah

  • We have multiple cameras, a switcher, and dvd reproduction and we are just recording our service for shut ins and occaisionally we put them on the Web page. It is so time consuming! Is there a quick way to Upload DVD to a web page/utube or is thre an inexpensive way to do it live? The podcast idea is great. If you make a mistake do you have the capability of editing it out? How? Thanks!

  • Katrina:

Sir, I have been seeking this and my heart beats in tune with you! As I read and as I listened….inside my heart I kept shouting…YES! YES! YES! This is it!!!!! I will keep reading and listening! I was very discouraged last night…have been for some time. It has encouraged me to hear and read this information. Thank you! And thank you for your testimony! Encouraging – very encouraging!

  • Darren:

What to you do when you pastor people who leave your church because they want and must have certain positions in your church and refuse to work along side of you as Pastor. As Pastor, I recognize that the church is made up with many members and they we as pastors need workers. However, when the workers are repeling people and become unteachable, what must happen? It’s hard to build a church having lost so many people through dragons that want behave!

  • Immanuel United Methodist church has had an internet presence since 2001. 5300 plus unique hits later, still looking for more traffic. A good number of the hits are the webmaster changing/adding content. A few who have come have mentioned the website, but with one or two visitors a day to the site, is it even worth the effort?

    • admin:

      Hello Immanuel,

YES!! Having a website is worth it. The issue you have is two fold. You need to recreate your site in a manner that will cause people to want to return.
